Favorite Console

Well Mine would have to be the Xbox 360, although I only have the Ps2. And the PC, of course.

I can't decide between PS2/Xbox. I still ove the old segas and stuff as well though.

Mine is the Wii and my Panasonic Toughbook 30 Fully Rugged.

The Panasonic Toughbook is a laptop and the Wii is like the PS3 but it is like you are doing it.

Heh, I've never had a console since an Atari 2600. I'm dating myself here.

How are the games? It seems like the PC gaming market has been dying, so I've been tempted to try buying one, but I'm much more into strategy and simulation games, so I've had the feeling I'd be dissapointed since I'm not so much into "video" games and crave more depth and realism.

Is my impression still valid, or are there more options on consoles now days?

Yeah, if you're more into stragety/ simulation games, PC is probally the way to go. But Consoles have all types of games, racing, sports, action/stragety, shooting, etc. But if you don't really care for many of those games like Call of duty and football 08 and Gears of war and Mercenaries and Fifa 08 and well I could go on and on, then you're probally better off not getting a $600 console lol.

if you like strategy and simulation then i agree with unknown, go with a PC

i like the PC, although my CD drive is broken so i cannot play many games. i like the ps2, i have one, but i love the xbox360. so fun, especially Halo 3 and Assassin's Creed. I like Gladius for Gamecube, play it at my friend's house. fun game. i am going to get it for ps2 it is very very fun. i like the 18WheelsofSteel games, but i have not really played any very much, just DEmo's. i wish they would make a 18WoS for ps2. i love any games where you drive. not race, just drive. also i like flight simulator.

I play 18WOS also, and agree with you, I like those kind of games.
